Cobb Mediterranean Salad

Can this recipe be made in advance?

Yes! Roast the vegetables and the salmon, boil the egg, toast the couscous and prep your vegetables. Keep them all in separate containers for about 4 days in the fridge.

Another way to keep them is to lay the romaine on a plate, platter or bowl and cover with parchment paper. Lay the rows of salad accordingly, then cover well and store in fridge. Dress the salad just before serving and sprinkle with toasted couscous.
