A good 10″ high sided skillet or small dutch oven. A pot for the bone broth. Preferably, a wooden spoon for stirring.

Can this dish be made in advance?

Yes, but it is best when eaten right away. The risotto will loose its al dente texture when re-heated, but will still be delicious.

Can this dish be frozen?

Yes. Rice dishes always freeze well. Again, the al dente texture will be lost upon reheating, but the dish will still be delicious.
