Can this recipe be made ahead?
Yes! Wash and cut all your veggies, grill your chicken and cook your bacon in advance. Make the dressing too. All components of this dish can be made and packaged separately for about 4 days before consuming.
You can even add your lettuce to the bottom of a plate/bowl, top it with parchment paper, then Cobb your salad components onto of the parchment. Cover well. When ready to eat, pull the parchment paper and dress your salad.
