No pancake breakfast is complete without sausages (IMHO). This one is super easy as you are using store bought breakfast sausage and just making up the sauce. Couldn’t be easier.

Can this recipe be made in advance?
Yes. you can fry up the sausages and make the sauce, then refrigerate overnight or up to 3 days. Warm in a low oven (about 185F) for about 20 minutes, or until heated through.
Can this recipe be frozen?
Yes. I made this recipe with breakfast sausage I grabbed from the freezer isle. They took about 8 minutes to cook, but you can make the dish, then freeze the cooked sausages in the sauce for later use. See above for heating instructions.
