This is one of the recipes where you just toss everything into a bowl and mix it up. No real tricks here, but you can substitute ingredients. You can sub Almond Butter for the Peanut Butter, Maple syrup for the Honey, dried cranberries for the raisins, toffee chips for chocolate chips, and any kind of seed or nut that you like best.

Can this recipe be made ahead?

Yes! in fact, they are best eaten after rolling and chilling them for a few hours or days.

Can this recipe be frozen?

Yes! I store mine in the freezer and just pop one or two out when I’m heading out. On a warm day, they should be eaten kind of soon after defrosting, but in winter, they keep nicely when riding in the car zipping here and there.
